We created ARIA for people who appreciate good food and fine wine. For those who love to discover new flavors and share unforgettable moments with loved ones. We have made an effort to give our interior a welcoming yet modern look, where our guests can feel cozy.
Concept ARIA
The main concept we have been developing for years is also implemented here, namely to offer people signature food, guided by the seasons, with a leading Bulgarian motif. The main figure in ARIA's kitchen is Chef Atanas Balkanski.
A second-generation chef, graduated from a culinary academy in Bulgaria, with experience and practice in various restaurants around the world. He is well-known to the public from the culinary show Hell's Kitchen, where he won the honorable second place. His philosophy in the kitchen is to showcase Bulgarian recipes, reinterpreted in a modern way, or to focus on classic international recipes, but with the presence of characteristic Bulgarian products.
The Seasons
Beautiful and interesting presentations are an integral part of his style, but taste always comes first. In our menu, you will find salads that combine the freshness of the season, interesting appetizers to share with friends and loved ones, and a variety of cold and hot starters. In the specialties section, we have made an effort to offer interesting dishes that meet all taste requirements.
And the desserts – they are simply a must! All of this aligns with the seasons. They are an inexhaustible source of new ideas that we turn into new favorite dishes. The concept of a seasonal menu allows us to use fresh and suitable products, as well as to offer diverse and interesting items in our a la carte menu.

For wine enthusiasts, we have curated a list of over 80 selections, striving to cover different countries, regions, and styles. You will find a rich selection of Bulgarian wines with attention to local varieties that reveal the unique character and terroir of our land.
Alongside this, our wine list includes various offerings from renowned wine regions of France, Italy, and Spain, as well as from other parts of the Old World. For those who enjoy new discoveries, we offer an intriguing selection from the New World, which will impress you with its diverse aromas and flavor profiles.
When selecting by the glass, we offer a choice between Bulgarian and imported wines, with the idea to periodically change the offerings according to the season and mood.
